Are you an experienced Property Manager seeking a challenging role with flexibility? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a fun and vibrant team at a prominent real estate company located in Brighton.
About The Company:

Highly reputable real estate agency specialising in Property Management. Their focus is on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with both property owners and tenants. With a portfolio of 150 properties, they ensure their property specialists have the time and resources to deliver outstanding results, with a tonne of support!
Responsibilities:

• NO routines, leasing, documentation, admin, maintenance, 70% in-office role.
• Manage a portfolio of 150 residential properties, ensuring maximum occupancy rates and rental income.
• Tenant and home owner communication.
• Stay Up to date with relevant legislation and industry changes.
• Portfolio predominantly in the Prahan / Armadale, though some lots located in Bentleigh East.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Property Manager, with expertise in managing residential properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
• Well-presented and professional demeanor, instilling confidence in clients.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A reliable vehicle, valid Victorian drivers licence.
• Knowledge of relevant VIC legislation, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
• Possess a valid VIC real estate certificate/licence.
