Ray White | Tamworth are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our team initially on a 12 month maternity leave cover contract, however we are a growing team and there are always opportunities for the right person.
What you can look forward to is being welcomed into a friendly team who are well known and respected. You'll have autonomy over a very manageable portfolio and be supported by a wonderful team who prioritise staff wellbeing and managing staff workloads. A fantastic remuneration package is on offer dependant on experience.
Our ideal candidate is highly organised and has a keen eye for detail. You will be a great communicator and enjoy providing positive client experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who has the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.

Your duties will include…
Delivering exceptional customer service;
Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
Managing rental arrears;
Routine inspections;
Outgoing inspections;
Maintenance requests;
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
Issuing breach notices as required; and
Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions;
To succeed in this role you'll have…
Previous property management experience is highly regarded;
Exceptional customer service skills;
Excellent communication skills;
High levels of professionalism;
NCAT experience preferred but not essential;
Previous client relationship or account management experience;
A real estate licence, or certificate of registration;
The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
Intermediate computer and digital literacy; and
A valid drivers licence.
