This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a small, tidy portfolio with flexible hours on offer!
The Role:
- Portfolio Management of only 120 properties
- Toowoomba portfolio - local properties!
- WFH - full autonomy when you may need!
- No trust accounting or invoicing
- Process and follow up on maintenance orders
- Prepare CMA's for lease renewals
- Issue leases
- Manage arrears
- Conduct exit reports
- Upload rental listings online
- Tenant sign-ups
- Liaise with owners and tenants
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous Property Management experience
- A current Certificate of Registration is essential
- A valid driver's license
- Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST
- Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous
- WFH with flexible hours!
- No trust in accounting or invoicing!

- Monday to Friday only
