we are looking for talented, enthusiastic and motivated Chefs and Cooks required for Bondi Westfield . Ability to do
Cook:1. Cook and examing the food according to the menu to ensure quality.
2. Preparing, seasoning and cokking food according to the chef's instruction.
3. Must know how to operate cooking equipment.
4. Must have a knowledge about food portion, plating, and adding sauces and garnishes.
5. Good knowledge about food temperature and storing foof in temperature controlled facilities.
6. Working in a busy kitchen team in right manner and communication within the team.
7. Prepping ingredients, follow preparation list (e.g. sauces, vegetables, seafoods etc.) and follow the dietary requirements.
8. Cleaning workspaces as required & following health and food safety procedure.Job Requirements3 and above years experience in relative field.
A qualification in cookery (AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2))
Ability to work both within a team and individually.
The ability to create new dishes/ menu.
Knowledge of safe seafood handling practices and OHS requirementsWe are situated within easy access to trains and busses and surrounded by all the shops and services.
