Property Manager - Western Suburbs

We are seeking an entry level Property Manager that is looking to kickstart their property management career and be trained by some of the best in the business.
  
The Role:
Monday – Friday, you will receive loads of training on the job. You will be working alongside one of the strongest and most trusted portfolio’s in the industry whilst learning from some of the best Property Managers in the industry. Currently seeking a Property Manager due to growth, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service;
• Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
• Managing a portfolio of roughly 180 properties
• Managing rental arrears;
• Negotiating lease renewals;
• Open homes as required;
• Routine inspections;
• Outgoing inspections;
• Maintenance requests;
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
• Issuing breach notices as required; 

  
The Candidate:

• We are looking for someone who is excited to join a fun team
• 12+ months of experience in property management
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• The ability to provide a high level of service
