LJ Hooker Coolangatta | Tweed is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their award-winning team due to growth. Please note this position is not an entry level role, you must have recent property management experience.

This role will be fast paced and requires someone with experience, autonomy and the drive to be the best. You must be honest and transparent, an excellent communicator, negotiator and be very organised. You must be able to take full responsibility for your portfolio. You need to be quick with IT and systems. You will have a friendly, positive and hardworking attitude, be resilient and hopefully have a good sense of humour (because we all know the job can be challenging at times!). You must be reliable and dependable, a team player that is approachable.
Experience with Property Me is desirable – although not essential.
Some of the key performance indicators which we expect are:
- Keeping customers satisfied
- Keeping vacancy rates low (with support)
- Managing any arrears in a timely way (using our systems)
- Staying on top of regular and systematic inspections
- Attending to maintenance in a timely way
- Ensuring invoices are paid effectively
- Ensuring compliance with the various regulations
- Be a team player who can assist and cover others when called upon
- NSW Registration or licence
- QLD registration or licence desirable
Importantly, you must be able to demonstrate a broader understanding of the goals of the wider business and be able to look for opportunities that support profitability and sustainable growth.
