Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their portfolio, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively. From establishing & nurturing relationships with both landlords and tenants to maintenance coordination and all of the in between, the Property Manager will play a pivotal role in maximizing property performance and enhancing client satisfaction.

As the primary liaison between tenants, property owners and service providers, clear and concise communication is paramount. Whether conveying maintenance updates, negotiating lease agreements, or addressing concerns, strong communication ensures transparency, trust and efficiency.
Your duties will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service
Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and tenants
Lease renewals
Routine inspections
Ingoing inspections
Outgoing inspections
Issuing breach notices as required
To succeed in this role you’ll need:
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Previous Property Management experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for
detail
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work
independently
Computer literate on a range of PM software platforms
Valid driver’s licence
