This is a great opportunity for a Property Officer with experience in a busy environment (135 + properties). We are seeking someone who is ready to learn our systems, can adjust to working across diverse property matters, and assist our volunteers to operate in safe spaces to deliver Guiding.
A full-time contract is preferred but part-time 30-38 hours per week may be considered. The contract is up to 31 December 2024 but may be extended and this is a remote working from home role.

To be successful you must have a passion for the property industry and a willingness to learn quickly to hit the ground running. Our ideal employee will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a property administration role
- Experience working with local and state government lease departments
- Experience reviewing building renovations/quotations and regulations
- A professional and mature approach to achieve outcomes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- Great organisation and time management skills, proven ability to prioritise and an ability work
- autonomously
- Have a calm and cheerful manner and experience working with volunteers
