Qualifications & experience
- PM registration not essential to start - Training is essential, if you are new to the role, love the structure of this style of work, we will work with you to develop your skills. Must have the right attitude, exceptional people skills, the ability to work effectively, efficiently with good humor
Tasks & responsibilities
- Your role includes some reception duties - primarily you will be assisting a senior PM initially with administrative tasks. Once you have attained your PM registration - reference checking, facilitating viewings, assisting with the legalities of tenancy, leases and routine inspections.
