The Role:
- Support the Property Managers with their portfolios
- Liaise with tenants
- Assist with open homes as needed
- Conduct routine inspections
- Learn about arrears, repairs, and maintenance
- Receive support from a fantastic Department Head
- Perform ad hoc administration
- A Current Certificate of Registration & Own Reliable Car
- Strong attention to detail
- A strong team player
- Willingness to offer support when needed
