AddressWe are currently recruiting a Real Estate Property Officer to join us at Raine and Horne Blacktown who is driven, outgoing and passionate about the Real Estate Industry. This is an entry-level Real Estate position that opens doors to more opportunities within the future.
About the role
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Complete routine and ingoing inspections
- Process rental applications to secure tenancies
- Conduct property viewings and facilitate smooth transactions.
- Create and write adds text for new properties
- Liaise with current tenants regarding vacate procedures as well as open home scheduling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide customer service and address clients’ needs and concerns.
- Stay informed about legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions, including tenancy guidelines, regulations, and disclosures. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of local real estate market conditions and stay up-to-date with the latest market trends.

- Valid driver's license

- Have excellent computer skills
- Have an enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
- Available 5 days between Monday - Saturday
- Certificate of Registration required or working towards
Job Types: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday with 1 day off during the week
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission
Experience:
- Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred) but not necessary
