Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities, minor works, and workplace services ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders, tenants, and service contractors.
- Oversee maintenance operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong facilities management experience in commercial, community, education, or health properties.
- Experience in managing commercial office and base building services in properties is desirable.
- Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tertiary or trade qualifications in building, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with financial management and risk assessment.
