4one4 Property Co. are seeking the perfect candidate to join our team as a Property Management Assistant in our vibrant Property Management department. Prior Property Management experience is not essential.

The desirable candidate:
- Have an interest in working in the dynamic industry of property management
- Has their Drivers Licence
- Be a friendly, team player and a go-getter with strong attention to detail
- Happy to undertake training to complete their Property Consultant qualification (Fully funded by the agency)
This role is permanent full-time - five days a week.
Tasks & responsibilities
Duties to Include
- Assisting the property management department with daily tasks
- Active role in showing rental properties to potential tenants
- Responding to rental enquiries and proactively taking photos of homes to get them ready to be listed online
- Conducting routine inspections
- Liaising with tenants and owners
- Organising maintenance
