- Reviewing and critically analysing external valuation reports;
- Performing market research, liquidity analysis, feasibility, and hypothetical development analysis on security properties.
- Requesting valuation quotes, instructions, and reassignments in a timely manner
- Monitoring and ensuring the timely delivery of valuation reports
- Performing data entry and database management
- Performing market research and analysis
- Liaising and building relationships with real estate agents to gain a deeper knowledge of the property, market trends and buyer sentiment.
- Assisting with on-site inspections when required
- General ad-hoc administration or research tasks as required
- Collating documentation required for our internal due diligence on all projects.

A BIT ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with prior experience in writing, reviewing or analysing valuation reports. You will be able to perform market research on the property market while applying a commercial lens.
You will enjoy working in a small team that steps in to assist each other to balance the workload.
Salary $120-130,000 + super + discretionary bonus. Please note that due to the nature of the work, this is an office-based role.
