Form of workIf you’re looking for a tree change or looking to take your career to the next step, then this may be the opportunity for you. The Shire of Kojonup is seeking to appoint an experienced person to fill the role of Property Services & Natural Resource Manager and join the Kojonup team.
The Shire of Kojonup is an idyllic location, nestled in the rural heartland of the Great Southern. With a population of approximately 2000 people and covering an area of 2,931km², Kojonup is steeped in history and respects the past while promoting future growth.
The successful candidate will manage and oversee the execution of Property Services, maintenance of strategic assets, strategic water management, gardening & horticultural services, turf management, reticulation, tree management, town hygiene, spraying, Natural Resource Management (NRM) and streetscape planning. It would suit someone from a horticultural, agricultural or other like sector that can lead a team and deliver results.
This is an important, hands on role delivering services directly to the Community and, as such, the remuneration package reflects this. A house and a utility vehicle are included in the total package. To be considered for this position applicants must address the Selection Criteria as detailed in the Application Package.
