Property Stylist

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Property Stylist to join our team located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

This part-time opportunity (24hrs / wk) offers more than just a job—it's a pathway to professional growth and advancement within our esteemed organisation. For outstanding candidates, there's even the potential to transition into a full-time role (40hr / wk). • Experience: With 3-4 years in the property styling industry, you bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise and understanding to our team.
• Creativity: Your creative flair knows no bounds—you excel at working with all styles of homes and have a keen understanding of spatial awareness.
• Passion: A genuine love for interior decorating is at the core of everything you do.
• Work Ethic: You're known for your strong work ethic, whether working independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills are your forte—you can articulate ideas both verbally and in writing, maintaining a professional yet approachable manner.
• Adaptability: In this fast-paced industry, you thrive on adapting to changing logistics and environments. 
• Empathy: You understand the emotional journey of vendors and approach your work with compassion and empathy.
• Motivation: You're motivated by the physical aspect of the job and find joy in every task, you love to work up a sweat.
• Skills: Computer proficiency and creative admin skills are advantageous in this role.
• Responsibility: With a full driver's license and a good driving record, your driving experience comes with care of company vehicles'.

As part of our small dynamic team, you'll be responsible for:

• Organising and attending quotations and completing related paperwork
• Managing all aspects of client properties alone or with a team.
• Selecting furniture and accessories, packing and unpacking inventory and setting up homes for the market
• Organising logistics for smooth processes throughout a clients project
• Engaging with Real Estate Agents and Vendors. 
• Administrative tasks related to our client base and social platforms are also part of the role.
