Property Valuer Graduate

Patel Dore Valuers is a well-established consulting valuation firm.  We offer our clients a broad spectrum of professional valuation services.  We require a high standard of performance, work ethic and personal accountability from all our staff and in return we provide a rewarding, flexible and relaxed working environment.

We currently have an opportunity for a Valuer Graduate in our rating division.  Municipal valuation experience is preferred (but not essential) together with industry software knowledge.  A high level of written and verbal communication skills is essential.

The Graduate will work with a Certified Practising Valuer valuing all property types for rating purposes.  Property types you will be exposed to include residential (vacant land, development sites, houses, flats, units, etc.), commercial (offices), retail (retail shops, shopping centres), industrial (factories, and warehouses) and specialist property types (aged care, service stations, pubs and clubs, hotels etc.).

This is a full-time permanent position.
