About the Role:
We are seeking a Residential Valuer to service the Northern Outer Melbourne suburbs including Craigieburn, Donnybrook, Kalkallo, Wallan, Beveridge, Mickleham and other surrounding suburbs.
This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day to day basis you will be involved in property inspections, research and preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards. Working with Opteon's best in market propriety software and systems, enables our valuers to minimise their time in the field while maximising reporting data capture.
About you:
We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. A strong client focus and commitment to personal and professional development is essential together with:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV or RPV status
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
