Join the vibrant and supportive Student Recruitment Team who strive to make a difference for our future students!As a Prospective Student Advisor, you will use your practical understanding of community liaison, recruitment, and marketing to inspire and engage an audience interested in pursuing foundation studies, undergraduate or postgraduate studies at Flinders University. In this multi-faceted position, you will also manage the lead generation, nurture and conversion of Prospective Students while coordinating a range of community outreach activities with external organisations, such as schools, to achieve Domestic Student targets.The Prospective Student Advisor will be responsible for:
- Responding to inquiries from Prospective Students regarding career options, pathways, course and entry requirements.
- Undertaking project work to plan, develop and coordinate new and continuing initiatives to assist in the recruitment of students.
- Coordinating and participating in domestic student recruitment and career events such as School Visits, Expos, Careers Fairs and University Open Days.
- Knowledge of the University's entry requirements and the SATAC application process.
- High level computing skills and experience in the use of a computerised student information system.

- A valid National Police Certificate which is satisfactory to the University will also be required before the successful applicant can commence in this position.
