Part-time – 6 Month Contract position
Client Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable government department currently seeking an experienced Student Sales Advisor.
Key accountabilities
- Contact Centre Services Officers work in a fast-paced environment and respond to customer enquiries via phones
- Call Centre
- Each staff member will be required to take and action 50 calls per day
- The job space is very structured with all staff rostered for start and finish times plus break times & these must be adhered to
- HSC or equivalent
- Min. of 2 years customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
