- Based in Melbourne - onsite at Dandenong South & option for telehealth services delivered from home
- Casual or permanent part-time opportunity, minimum of 6 hours per week to begin with the potential to transition to a full-time role.

We are seeking an engaging and passionate Provisional Psychologist to deliver onsite Psychology services at our sites across Melbourne & telehealth services from home. The successful individual will be passionate about a diverse range of applied psychology settings including occupational health psychology, clinical health psychology and health promotion. You will be collaborating with organisations and their employees to prevent & manage psychological injuries and wellbeing in the workplace, driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better. Supported by 2 in-house Board Approved Supervisors as well as our Psychology team with a wide range of specialties, you will be supported as you kick-start your Psychology career with paid clinical supervision + pathways to clinical endorsement!
In this role you will:
Provide clinical services to patients and workers in occupational health psychology and clinical health psychology settings (on-site psychology, adjustment to injury, brief early intervention counselling)
Engage in case formulation, administration, and evaluation of evidence-based psychological interventions
Provide proactive interventions and workshops to organisations (education seminars and workshops, toolbox talks, and supervisor coaching and training)
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outcome-focused, professional, and quality care for Axis clients.
- Enhance Axis’ reputation as a market leader of occupational rehabilitation.

You will bring the following:
- Currently on 5+1, 4+2 or higher degree pathway as a Provisional Psychologist
- Accredited Psychology qualification and AHPRA registration
- Professional indemnity insurance (or willing to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights
- An Australian driver’s license and access to your own private vehicle
