Responsibilities:
- Manage a case load of recovery and rehabilitation files including:
- Compensable services
- Corporate rehabilitation
- Medical management
- Manage a case load of rehabilitation files that may include various services; Same Employer/RTW cases, Vocational Assessments and Counselling, Rehabilitation Counselling, Job Seeking Education, Vocational Re-training, Workplace Assessments and Psychological capacity evaluations;
- Administer relevant psychological and vocational inventories, score tests and interpret test results; and
- Attend case conferences with treating medical/allied health professionals to identify barriers and develop a plan for progression, based on shared goals, monitoring and case reviews.
Knowledge and skills:
- Previous workplace rehabilitation experience is a must (even if limited);
- Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia;
- Currently a Provisional Psychologist at a minimum; and
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and build positive relationships within a corporate environment.
