We are seeking a passionate Case Worker to join our growing team for a 12 month fixed term appointment. Case Workers help children and young people achieve their full potential by working with them, their carers & families, working within a strengths-based framework
This permanent, fixed term role:
- Provides support to children & young people in kinship/foster care, their carers & birth family
- Supports carers in providing quality care of children & young people
- Supports connections to family, culture & community
- Supports culturally appropriate case work practice
