This is Australia's second oldest hospital opening in 1804, and is a major clinical teaching and research centre working closely with the University of Tasmania and other institutions. The hospital provides acute, sub acute, mental health and aged care inpatient and ambulatory services to a population of about 240,000 people and has 550 physical beds, including 460 acute overnight and 90 day beds.The Role:
The hospital are looking for an individual to work in their busy Psychiatric department in what will be a reasonably senior capacity that will require supervision of more junior staff. This position is an accredited facility and the opportunity to join the FRANZCP training program at this facility once you are accepted on to the course is available.The Requirements:
