Registrar - Psychiatry

We are seeking the services of a Psychiatry Registrar to provide care and treatment of psychiatric patients including rostered emergency cover. You will provide clinical services, including assessment, treatment and further reviews of clients in the allocated service/training rotation.  AS well as participation in the supervision of Resident Medical Officers and teaching of Medical Students, you will also document all clinical contacts including completion of discharge summaries

Essential requirements

• General or Limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia
• Tasmanian Working With Children Check
• Must be enrolled and completing training in the medical specialty of psychiatry with RANZCP, ideally within 1 year of obtaining specialist fellowship
