Combine your leadership skills with a Child and Adolescent therapy/assessment caseload. Plenty of variety in your week and potential for career growth
Commencing with 1 day fulfilling leadership responsibilities and 3 to 4 days with Child and Adolescent clients (average 5 a day)To Be Successful in This Role:You're ready to step into a leadership position after working in Private Practice as a clinician (or already have leadership experience!)
You have strong business acumen
You're excited about being part of our Leadership team with support from our Practice Manager, Principal Psychologist and Werribee Team Leader
Demonstrated experience providing clinical services to child and adolescent psychology clients (but ready to step back a little from purely clinical work).
Demonstrated skills in organisation and time-management, including the ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks.
You see yourself as a confident and compassionate Psychologist who can develop and maintain strong relationships with the clinical and administrative team, new and established clients, and other key stakeholders.

An average of 5 client hours scheduled in your diary each day

Therapy focus: Demonstrated experience providing clinical services to child psychology clients (ages 6-12)
Assessments focus: You embrace a neurodiversity-affirming assessment approach, and have experience with assessing Autism, ADHD, and/or learning difficulties
Minimum one day per week if contracting (could be Saturdays if that suits you)
