The Role - Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
- WPS are seeking a compassionate, warm, and enthusiastic adult clinical and/or counselling psychologist (18+) in our Melton office for 2-4 days as a contractor (can include partial remote work).
- The Role includes conducting collaborative assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions with clients.
Essential Criteria
- Full registration as a psychologist with AHPRA
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Indemnity Insurance
- ABN
- Police Check & Working with Children's Check
- Eligibility for Medicare provider number
- Ability to work independently
It is preferred that you;
- Have a warm, collegial, flexible, and open/warm demeanour and enjoy working in a supportive team environment.
- Are client process and outcome focussed.
- Have a Masters or Doctoral Degree
- Have the capacity and experience to assess & develop treatment formulations & plans.
- Are passionate about your work and helping people like we are.
