- Base salary ranges between $4769.60 and $5132.40 p.f. (HP4).
- 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave + 17.5% loading.
- Up to 12.5% employer superannuation contribution.

About the role
This position is a fixed term termporary full time position up to 30/06/2025.
The Senior Psychologist delivers high quality, evidence-based Psychology services in child development, inpatients including rehabilitation and subacute medical wards, outpatient clinics and via telehealth as part of a rural generalist interprofessional team. You will deliver direct clinical services providing assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients referred to the Psychology department. As a senior member of the Allied Health team, you will contribute to the advancement of quality Psychology services and optimal patient care through service development, quality improvement and evaluation, and clinical education, and work closely with our First Nations population.
Main requirements
- Proof of qualification, registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and a current practising certificate are mandatory requirements.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Tuberculosis and COVID-19.
- A 6-month period of probation may apply.
