- A model that prevents overwhelm and burnout, including building your caseload hours at a pace that suits you, flexibility in scheduling and client presentations, regular time-off, and no appointments outside your allocated hours.
- Caseload monitoring to ensure a balance of mild to severe presentations.
- Thorough administration and billing systems to achieve an almost zero no-show rate, ensuring consistent diaries and predictable work weeks and income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide therapy to individuals with various mental health presentations.
- Deliver services face-to-face in clients' homes.
- Work with clients under the NDIS scheme, as well as those accessing services through Medicare and the Department of Veteran Affairs.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports.
Requirements:

- Must be able to travel to clients' homes for face-to-face sessions.
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for remote consultations when required.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
- Hold an ABN.
- Hold all relevant insurances.
- Experience in working with children and adolescence highly desirable.
Benefits:
