Location: Clients situated between Beenleigh and Tweed Heads. Some clients will be face-to face (travel allowance paid) and others will be Telehealth.

Position Overview:
We are currently expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic and highly skilled Allied Health Professionals to make a difference in the lives of our clients. As an NDIS Mental Health Service provider, we focus on enhancing the well-being and independence of individuals with mental health conditions. If you are a compassionate and dedicated professional in any of the following fields:
- Occupational Therapists
- Psychologists
- Speech Pathologists

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support to individuals and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with NDIS and organizational standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant degree and professional registration in your respective field.
- Experience working with individuals living with mental health conditions.
- A passion for person-centered care and a commitment to improving the lives of others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with NDIS guidelines and processes (preferred but not mandatory).
