As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to rotate through different teams across RAA's People & Capability team. During these rotations, you will get the opportunity to develop your skills through practical, hands-on, and strategic employee experience activities such as (but not limited to):

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on psychological principles to improve employee experience frameworks, systems, policies, processes, tools and touchpoints across the employee lifecycle.
  • Analyse HR data, stay abreast of industry trends and conduct desktop research to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making related to employee experience initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of Inclusion Diversity and Belonging programs within RAA
  • Assist in the administration, analysis and reporting of employee surveys
  • Support the team to deliver initiatives including but not limited to Competencies, Talent & Succession, Onboarding, and Cultural Change.
  • Coordinate the delivery of workshops and training sessions to address organisational needs and promote employee growth and development.
  • Assist with the implementation, adoption and maintenance of a Career Pathways framework.
  • Support the team to deliver initiatives including but not limited to Organisation Design and Restructuring, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Management, Remuneration & Benefits.

About you

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.

You're passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference.

For this role, we're also looking for:

  • Currently studying a bachelor's degree in Psychology, due to complete in 2024 or completed in 2023.
  • Further qualification, interest or experience in organisational development, learning and development, or human resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adept at adopting new technologies and systems
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a commitment to openness and transparency.
  • Teamwork demonstrated through extracurricular activities (e.g. sports, clubs, work, societies)
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Results orientated and continually searching for ways to add value and achieve value.
  • Passion for learning & self improvement
  • Minimum GPA 5.0 or credit average
