- Ability to teach VCE Psychology
- Ability to teach another subject alongside Psychology (i.e. Science, English, Humanities, etc)
- Flexibility to teach a diverse group of students
- Empathy and compassion in the classroom
- Graduates welcome
- Demonstrated competence in classroom management
- Commitment to continuous improvement, best practice teaching & learning, and innovation
- Ability to effectively engage with parents and staff in the interests of students
- Hold a bachelor's degree in education or equivalent qualification(s)
- Hold VIT registration or be eligible
