AddressRedefine Fitness is a Women’s Only Fitness Centre in the Mitcham Council Area that is opening on the 5th of June 2024.
The centre provides Personal Training, Group Fitness Classes, In-Person Health Check-ins, Nutritional planning and guidance. Catering to the specific needs and requirements of our target demographic, women 40+.
We are looking for a Permanent Part-Time female staff member with a specific interest, experience and understanding of our clientele and who is willing to work set hours to provide continuity and a friendly, familiar face to our clients. We are looking to fill 20+ hours per week, with a mix of 4-6 hour shifts between 6am and 7pm, Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday morning when required. Flexible working arrangements are offered within reason. The start date for this role is June 1st, 2024.
Core duties include but are not limited to;
Personal Training.
Group Fitness Classes (2x 30min classes per shift).
Personal Check-ins with clients (taking weight and measurements, discussing goals and progress, recording data accurately and providing tailored advice).
Processing member payments and POS of retail stock.
Overseeing the gym floor and providing assistance or support on the equipment.
Answering the phone, responding to email enquiries, welcoming walk-ins, signing up new members & providing tours of the centre to prospective clients.
Promoting and upselling clients to generate additional retail product sales.
For the right person, additional responsibilities are offered, alongside work-from-home opportunities, via access to our Cloud.
Such tasks may include;
Casual staff rostering (specifically for Group fitness classes).
Training casual/new staff in the Centre's processes and program.
Maintaining Social Media Platforms.
Creating new Marketing Material and Centre Program Documents.
Weekly emails to clients with relevant content.
Creating & publishing healthy recipes for distribution to clients for meal motivation.

Qualifications Required
Cert III in Fitness
Current First Aid and CPR
Highly Desired
Cert. IV in Fitness
Cert. IV in Nutrition or Similar
Massage Qualifications
Renumeration for this Permanent Part Time role:
Weekly wage, negotiable depending on experience and suitability for the role. (Minimum rate offered is $32p/h plus superannuation).
Superannuation paid at 11%.
4 Weeks paid leave per year pro-rata with 17.5% leave loading.
Personal/Sick leave in accordance with the NES.
