About the Role
We are seeking an Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach to join a dynamic & expanding Allied Health team in Adelaide, to provide evidence-based services to a range of participants.
The successful candidate will work closely with the participants to ensure the highest quality of care and service is provided, in order to allow participants to participate meaningfully in their daily activities and to reach their goals.
A Support Coordinator works with individuals to formalize a support plan and help them to engage different supports. The aim of a Support Coordinator is to build capacity in different individuals, such as students, the elderly, those with a disability or people with mental health issues.

What you will need to succeed in the role
- Bachelor-level degree or a Certificate-level course in disability support,
developmental education, nursing, social work, allied health, welfare work or Aboriginal health - Current drivers license
- Positive outlook and a desire to be client focused
Desirable
- Experience in a similar NDIS setting
- Relevant case management experience supporting clients with high complex needs
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- First Aid Certification
