Skills & experienceYou will be a Defendant personal injury lawyer at the Senior Associate level who would like to join a Government Health Liability Team and undertake Public Law Litigation.Your new roleProvide advice on liability, apportionment and quantum in civil claims against health agencies and/or individual health practitioners. With an ability to analyse complex medico-legal issues, you will be able to assess risks and formulate legal solutions.
