Role
Working as part of a collegiate and supportive team you will receive the mentoring and supervision required to develop your career long term. You will work across 3 rated partners. You will be a commercial litigator, with exposure to building and construction matters.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience with delay cost disputes and liquidated damages
- Experience with NCAT home building matters
- Experience with defects disputes
- Familiarity with standard form building contracts
