They are currently seeking a motivated Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of litigation matters, collaborating closely with senior lawyers and partners.
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contract disputes, and general litigation.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and drafting advice to clients.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognised institution.
Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Demonstrated experience in litigation, with 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.
