The Company
Our client is a multi-discipline firm that offers a full range of financial services to SME’s across diverse industries including Business Advisory, SMSF strategies, Accounting & Tax, and Virtual CFO.
  
The Opportunity
This role will focus on the client relationship management function and will provide you with the flexibility and autonomy that a manager role should.
  
Your day-to-day tasks would include:

• Manage a portfolio of diverse client
• Lead, mentor and support the accounting team, fostering both individual and team growth
• Act as a first point of contact for clients
• Work with the partner to onboard and commence new client relationships
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients

About You

• Degree qualified
• CA/CPA qualified
• 8+ years’ experience of Australian Public Practice experience with experience as a manager
• Ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with clients
• Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor accountants at all levels
