About the role:
A new opportunity has become available in our Purchasing team for someone with robust knowledge in purchasing process within our high performing team.
Your core responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Manage the complete buying process from ordering the product to placing the order and then fulfilment
- Undertaking cost analysis/price comparisons between vendors to ensure the best options are selected for purchasing.
- Accountable for the day to day management and transactions of multiple vendor/ suppliers
- Manage shipping arrangements and communicate APG needs with the logistics provider or vendor
- Completion and tracking of orders
- Assist with invoice loading process
- Maintain vendors’ relationships
- Manage claims and dispute with vendors
- Strong attention to detail and follow up technique
- Interpersonal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide any reports required by management as part of purchasing process.

- Strong computer skills, specifically Office Suite products
- Speaking Chinese would be an advantage.
