AddressWeb/API Python Developer
Work in a fast paced and agile environment, contributing to a major cybersecurity transformation program for our banking client.
What role will you play?
As a Web/API Python Engineer, you will use your skills in designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based web applications built using a Postgres, React and Python technology stack. These web applications provide critical Identity Access Management (IAM) functionality for our business, ensuring our user have the right permissions to the right systems.
What you offer
- Excellent track record with Python development involving Web application back-end using Flask or similar framework
- Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
- Ability to build efficient API features in Python, FAST, and RESTful API's
- Knowledgeable in SQL using PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. Experienced in Python Pandas library.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, using tools like Git, Jira, Bamboo and Confluence.
- Comfortable developing in both Windows and Linux environments, experience with Shell Scripting.
Desirable but not required skills.
- Experience implementing front end components using React and Typescript.
- Hands on expertise with AWS, Docker
