Western Australian Fabrication Pty Ltd is a progressing fabrication & engineering company located in Kwinana, specializing in structural steel framework for the modular building industry.
We are looking for an QA/Admin Assistantwith sound office administration skills, as well as some QA, purchasing and accounts processing experience.
About the Role:
- Full range of administration activities as required
- Raising purchase orders and developing strong relationships with vendors to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services
- Preparing Quality Assurance documentation
- Assisting in implementing and managing systems and process documentation
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, authorities etc.
- Data entry and MYOB input
- Providing administration support to Managing Director
About You:
- Experience in a similar role
- Intermediate computer and data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Professional and positive “can-do” attitude
- Must be available to work from Monday to Friday, 35 to 38 hours per week
