Summary
Aristocrat, a recognised leader in the gaming entertainment industry, seeks a QA Technical lead to become an integral part of our Enterprise Applications delivery team. As a QA Automation Technical lead, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and promoting the QA Automation standards and practices across our line of Enterprise Applications, and ensuring the highest quality of delivery and solutions are being provided to our internal customers.
What You'll Do

• Leading the technology execution of QA automation within the enterprise applications organization
• Directing and mentoring other QA engineers in the use of the testing framework.
• Directing and collaborating with onsite/offshore teams, conducting necessary KTs, and providing full support whenever it was required.
• Leading the development of test strategies and test plans.
• Ensuring the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and kept up to date.
• Preparing, gathering, and managing automation test data, ensuring the readiness of the testing environments.
• Leading the development and continual improvement of automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed.
• Ensure automated tests are executed and the resulting defect logs are managed.
• Identifying and reporting problematic functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies to development teams.
• Ensuring the QA Automation solutions are documented and the testing framework is maintained.
• Coordinating with QA team members, Developers, Project Managers, and Clients to resolve issues.
• Leading Technical and Use Case review meetings for various functionalities in the application.
• Reviewing functional requirements and test case scenarios for test case designing.
• Leading the identification, selection, and implementation of tools, technologies, and practices that support the overall QA process.
• Ensuring accurate time estimates for automation test development.
• Work with a large group of product owner stakeholders and IT application teams to ensure priority of testing
• Function as a QA Engineering partner to the business to evangelize QA automation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, engineering, or another related field
• 5 years of expanding experience in test automation
• Experience building automation frameworks for web-based software as well as on mobile platforms.
• Experience in Medium to Large enterprise IT environments.
• Experience building test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Experience with building test cases using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to cooperate in cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
• Demonstrated effective analytical skills.
• Advanced written and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
• Experience with SaaS and on-prem software platforms.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Willingness to pitch ideas and test new approaches.
