SalaryWe are looking for a Senior QA Engineer/Test Lead to play a key role across both our product and services team. A lot of the ground work has been done but would like someone who would either like the opportunity to build some frameworks or has had some exposure and would like to play a key role in maturing a function. Consulting and guiding the various areas of the business for all things QA.
We're location-flexible! This role is open to all candidates on the east coast of Australia.
What would be nice to have:
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (must have)
- Experience in both frontend and backend testing - as many of the following API, contract, performance testing
- Experience with testing tools such as Cypress, Pact, Playwright and BrowserStack (Desirable)
- Experience with integration of automated testing into CI/CD setup (Desirable)
- Willingness to bring your experience and ideas to the team and collaborate on the best outcome
- A self-motivated individual who communicates and articulates well
- Help build out our automation testing frameworks
- Support the Quality Coach in reviewing, evaluating and building out the current automation testing framework that is being adopted across the product team
- Help optimise the current testing framework within our CI/CD pipelines
- Liaise with the product and services teams to ensure quality is considered early and throughout the development life-cycle
- Work with engineering teams to ensure good quality tests are being written and help them to understand what good looks looks like when it comes to quality
- Commit to self learning and grow with the company
