We are seeking a dedicated Change Manager to guide and support ECU staff and students, allowing them to successfully transition to the City Campus. This role ensures that the transition process is implemented smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to business operations. The Change Manager works closely with stakeholders across various parts of the University to facilitate communication, mitigate resistance, and drive adoption of change initiatives.You will be based in Joondalup and will be required to travel to ECU Wellington St or Mount Lawley on occasion.About You
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following key criteria:
- Previous experience in leading complex change management programs in large organisations
- Be highly organised, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing deadlines.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge with the ability to own various change management ideologies and understand how to apply strategies to different scenarios.
- Impeccable written, presentation and influential skills.
This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $148,435 per annum plus 17% University superannuation contribution.ECU supports a work/life balance for staff.
