QC Officer

Fuse Recruitment is currently partnering with the team in search of motivated QC Officers to join their Brisbane team!

What will you be doing?
The QC Officer/Process Monitoring Officer works closely with Production and Technical, and is responsible for observation and verification activity to ensure processes for GMP, CCP and QCP meet the regulatory standards for Food Safety and compliance.
• Support the production team to ensure that trained staff are carrying out CCP duties as per the procedures
• Responsible for the checking and verification of accuracy for controlled documents
• Ensure accurate and timely analysis of production processes including CCP and QCP, and taking immediate corrective actions for non-compliance
• Identify, raise and investigate out of specification products or processes
What do you need?
• Relevant experience within an FMCG environment, ideally with short shelf-life products/high care
• Relevant tertiary qualifications within Food Science ideal
• Completed GMP training course ideal
• Good written and verbal communication
