Key Tasks:
As a Client Services Officer you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and enhancing our clients' journey. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every interaction our clients have with our company is positive, memorable and aligns with our commitment to exceptional service. This includes managing inquires, resolving issues and nurturing relationships with a youthful and vibrant approach.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients through their various stages (From bringing them on board to the delivery of their work);
- Ensure our team (Including our Director) meet our A Class Service Standard;
- Talk with clients to help understand their requirements and send proposals;
- Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback, address concerns and strengthen relationships;
- Help schedule workflow management within our Karbon software;
- Assist professional staff to request client queries and obtain documentation;
- Perform some basic admin tasks as an overflow from our reception staff
Who this role will suit:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- An administration staff member, who has the right combination of commercial business understanding and confidence to liaise with clients from a range of industries.
- Confidence to work hand in hand with the Director and Practice Manager and hold accounting staff responsible for the delivery of workflow.
- Experience in client relationship management or similar roles.
- Ideally have some accounting experience, or previous business experience.
