Qc Officer - Night Shift - Wingfield Sa

We are seeking motivated & experienced Quality Control Officers that are wanting to work in a fun dynamic working environment located in WingfieldSA for a large manufacturer of poultry products.
*Please note – we cannot employ Student Visa Holders *
The Role:

• ASAP start
• Night shift (generally 10pm - 6am)
• $29.16 per hour starting rate + Night Shift 25% loading

What we are looking for?

• Degree in food science or something similar
• Experience in QC field (preferably in the food processing industry)
• A good understanding of HACCP and GMP.
• Someone with general GMP knowledge who has worked in the food processing industry for more than 5 years
• Must be comfortable working around and handling raw poultry chicken products.
• Eye for detail as will be checking quality of each product on the production line
• Proven prior experience of QA/QC within a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling food or in a food manufacturing environment
• Excellent data entry/ computer skills
