Exciting Challenges
- Assisting in the National QHSE Manager in:
- Developing and maintaining the Sika Management System (SMS)
- Preparing and maintaining compliance for ISO-14001, ISO-9001 & ISO-45001
- QHSE Reporting
- Developing and supporting quality improvement projects
- Supporting HSE across the business
- Accurate and timely reporting of all incidents, hazard and near misses, and implementation of corrective actions
- Creating/Reviewing Risk Assessments
- Maintain Quality, Health Safety and Environmental files.
- Work alongside multiple departments and individuals in various capacities in a professional, courteous, and respectful manger.
- Demonstrate and promote safety leadership.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality regarding Company information.
- Ensure adherence to all of Sika Australia's Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Legislation, Regulations, and Industry Standards

We Need Your Skills
To be successful within this role, you will:
- Hold a relevant qualification in Safety including Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or Diploma of Work Health Safety.
- Administration experience
- Hold a current driver's licence (as travel between site/states is essential).
- Have sound computer and software skills on Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc).
- Be independent, resourceful and able to work effectively autonomously.
Intro
Due to the ongoing growth of our business, we are currently seeking a motivated individual in the role of QHSE Administrator.
This is a permanent full-time role, reporting to the National QHSE Manager, and will be responsible for day-to-day QHSE tasks including records management, document control and Promoting safety culture and safe work practices as well as maintenance of the Sika Management System (SMS).
