Administrator / Clerical Officer$50 per hour12 months role with immediate start - potential for ongoing or transition for the right personMonday to Friday 7am - 4pm RosterOvertime paid for any additional hrsAbout the RoleWe are seeking suitably experienced Administrator to join our team. You will be an integral member of the CHPP admin team on an Open Cut Coal Mine near Mudgee. You will have strong skills in document control and someone who can drive performance through processes and instil a safety-oriented culture.What you will be doingCollaborate with the team to develop and maintain a Safety Management system that complies with legislation.Respond effectively to on-site incidents, injuries, and emergencies,Provide injury management support and facilitate incident reporting and action tracking.Ensure accurate reports on safety performance are gathered and available to all business units.Support injury prevention and company-wide health and safety initiatives.Assist in identifying safety priorities through Risk Registers and other sources.Maintain safety database and records systems.Provide system and administrative support to the Training Coordinator and HST ManagerOn-boarding and induction of new employeesEnsure statutory obligations and accountabilities are met.Perform other tasks as dirWhat you will needProven experience with SAP/ PR/PO management as well as payroll Kronos applicationCurrent Order43 medical or willingness to obtainMust be willing to undergo and pass a drug and alcohol testValid Driver's Licence and reliability on attendanceAbility to work with other team membersBenefitsWork with a reputable and leading mining companyGreat pay rate on offerPotential for ongoing employment with areas to branch intoAbout WorkPacWorkPac is Australia's leading, privately owned recruitment provider to the mining, construction, engineering, light industrial and healthcare sectors.
