The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Drive sales and achieve targets through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably within the food or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic financial principles and experience with budget management and exposure to P&L statements
• Good attention to detail - manage the business as though it is your own.
